PERSONAL/BUSINESS INFORMATION COLLECTION
In order to register for our services we will ask you to provide us with information that identifies you and/or your company. Such information will include information such as, first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, facsimile number, company name, login name, position or title, number of conference attendees, and duration of conference. We may also collect information such as a valid credit card in order to process payment for services rendered. When Scheduling a meeting we collect information such as your participants first and last name, phone number, and email address.
The services will also collect and record communications initiated by host/participants activating the recording function of our "service". Which will result in the conference/communications of a conference call being recorded and logged.
PERSONAL/BUSINESS INFORMATION USE
The personal/business information that we collect will be used to provide the service, to follow through with transactions that you have authorized or requested, or to comply with applicable laws. This may include using the information to:
- allow third parties to provide services related to Conference Leader services;
- send information regarding products, services, newsletters, special promotions, unless you opt-out;
- provide bills to our customers;
- provide enhanced customer service;
- authenticate end-users authorization to use our services;
- share your information and data collection with an authorized Conference Leader vendor, who may use email to notify you of changes/upgrades of their products, unless you opt-out;
- contact you in response to a customer support issue;
- contact you regarding additional or new services provided by Conference Leader, special offers made by Conference Leader or third parties that are authorized by Conference Leader;
- verify billing address on credit card transactions with third party vendors, obtain credit reports for corporate customers from third party vendors.
Conference Leader occasionally sends a newsletter to our subscribers, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we will provide you a way to unsubscribe or "opt out" from the newsletter.
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not "opt-out" of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
Conference Leader hires other companies (third parties) to provide certain services such as customer support, we only provide these companies with the personal/business information they need to deliver the support that you/we request. They are under non-disclosure agreements to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them and are not authorized to use the information collected for any other purpose than providing customer support. Our customer support will communicate with you either by email or telephone.
As is true with most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, will be limited.
CLEAR GIFS (WEB BEACONS/WEB BUGS)
We employ or our third party advertising partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not use the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.
We use clear gifs on our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you would like to opt-out of these emails, please select the Opt-out option.
ACCESS TO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may deactivate it by making the change by logging into our site on our member information page or by emailing Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration forms, we encrypt that information using 128 bit secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, whole we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
In the event Conference Leader, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via prominent notice on our web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
